Title Absolute is part of Countrywide Plc and provides HIPs and conveyancing services to end user customers through estate agents, mortgage brokers, banks and building societies in England and Wales.

It has a network of specialist property lawyers which extends across England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and has developed an easy to use on-line system tracking individual cases.

After carrying out extensive market research with the intermediaries, Intandem Marketing and PR worked with Title Absolute to develop its marketing and branding strategy with the aim of boosting conveyancing instructions.

The Absolute brand was developed to create a highly visible presence to both intermediaries and their customers. This was backed up by a marketing campaign to the intermediaries combined with a business development plan. The result was a significant increase in conveyancing instructions over a 12 month period.
