Intandem Marketing and PR earns 100% recommendations
A recent independent survey of Intandem Marketing and PR’s clients, described the company as being ‘professional, personable, proactive and reliable to work with’ and found that 100 percent of those questioned would recommend its services to other businesses.
The survey was designed to give clients the opportunity to express their views on the services they receive and the way Intandem works with them.
Clients described the main benefits of working with Intandem as providing an independent and professional perspective resulting in a more strategic and long-term approach to marketing and PR to generate results for the business. They also liked the flexibility of time and cost, as well as the assurance that work would be done promptly and to a high standard, especially when in-house resources were stretched.
When asked about Intandem’s PR skills clients rated relationships with the media as being excellent and said that media coverage had exceeded their expectations. They also appreciated that PR was part of the overall marketing mix and valued Intandem’s input in using it as part of promotional plan.
The research also identified a trend, in the current economic climate, amongst Intandem’s clients to engage with new customers and expand into new markets.
